Adam Mazzola: Council President
Adam Mazzola is a lifelong resident of Pitman who has focused his Council tenure on preserving the fiscal health and economic vitality of the Borough. Appointed to the Pitman Borough Council in Febuary 2020, he currently serves as Council President, where he plays a central role in the town’s administrative and financial leadership. In his capacity as Council President, Adam serves as the primary liaison for the Finance Department. He is instrumental in directing the creation and implementation of Pitman’s annual budget to ensure fiscal responsibility. He also works closely with department heads to manage municipal resources effectively and serves as the liaison to the Chamber of Commerce, where he works to ensure Pitman’s small businesses have the support and resources needed to thrive. Adam’s commitment to serving Pitman is rooted in a multi-generational family tradition of volunteerism. He lives in town with his wife, Jenny, and their four children: Grace, Connor, Megan, and Becca. His deep ties to the community drive his focus on maintaining Pitman as a vibrant, accepting, and family-oriented place to live. |
Chris Morozin: Council Candidate
Chris Morozin is a dedicated community leader and local business owner running for Pitman Borough Council. With a professional background in technology and a deep commitment to Pitman’s economic future, Chris focuses on bridging the gap between innovative business solutions and community-focused governance. Chris currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Pitman Economic Development Committee. In this role, he has been a vocal advocate for the Uptown Business District, working to ensure Pitman remains a premier destination for residents and visitors alike. Chris also serves his community through the Pitman Rotary, where he has participated in local cleanup projects, clothing and food drives, and fundraising efforts for the McCowan Library. Beyond his professional and civic roles, Chris is a volunteer in local youth programs. The Morozin family is invested in the future of the Borough, as Chris and Lauren enjoy raising their two young sons, CJ and Matthew, in the community they serve. His candidacy is driven by a personal desire to ensure the next generation grows up in a thriving, safe, and forward-thinking environment. |
